Description |
This qualification addresses work primarily in residential facilities within defined organisation guidelines and service plans.
The course is designed for aged care workers who are required to manage complex clinical cases, health promotion, team leadership and will be required to supervise and/or co-ordinate a limited number of other aged care workers.
It is designed to provide the necessary knowledge, skills and
professional attributes to become a team leader or managers of complex care in low level aged care facilities.
